[Groff] New error message

Using the development groff downloaded a couple of days ago, I get the
following message for *every* document:

grops:<standard input>:4: missing argument

The output looks fine, though.

BTW, I get a whole string of such
messages when processing any document with an eps graphic produced with
dvips.  The line numbers correspond to lines beginning

%%BeginProcSet:

Again, it doesn't seem to have any visible effect.
