Hmmm. I don't see why that's happening. It's probably because
Se calls another macro (passing the second argument quoted) to
do the actual formatting. I'll either figure it
out or add an LP 0 to the end of the Se macro. In the mean time,
if you just add an LP 0 right after the call to Se, everything
will work correctly. Note that the LP 0 will reset the paragraph
parameters, but not space down, so it's best to use it instead of
just an LP. Also using LP 0 instead of LP means that the extra
LP 0, if I add it, will not cause any harm.
