[Groff] Grog fails to guess mm document

Hi,


I was just creating a numbered list for a minidisc cover with
.AL/.LE like this

   .ps 10
   The Peter Sellers Collection
   .sp 1  
   .ps 6
   .vs 1
   .AL
   .LI
   Any Old Iron (Collins/Sheppard/Terry)
   .LI
   A Hard Days Night (Lennon/McCartney)
   .LI
   ..etc
   .LE

Grog suggests "groff <document>" for this instead of "groff -mm
<document>" which means that groffer fails to display it.

I have groff 1.17.2-15 installed.
