Since version 1.15, some internal characters have been added,
occupying code points in the 0x80..0x9F range. You can't `correct'
invalid.cc; until the introduction of Unicode the range 0x80..0x9F is
really unavailable to users. Please contact Ruslan Ermilov (CCed in
this message) how to solve your problem.
