[Groff] Bug in node.cc

Just got the latest groff.   Compiled some fairly complex documents
without a problem and with correct formatting.  But stumbled over a simple
one: the groff_ms man page.

man 7 groff_ms

only displays the manpage as far as the subheading `Margin Settings' under
the heading `Document Control Registers'.

Processing with groff -t -man groff_ms.7 > ms.ps gives the message:

troff: Failed assertion at line 2936, file `node.cc'.
groff: troff: Aborted (core dumped)
grops:groff_ms.7:1018:warning: no final `x stop' command

ms.ps breaks off at the same line as the terminal output.
