All,
I have sent Larry a new tar file that contains fixes to the problems
that users reported concerning utp.mac, the files needed to generate
the Table of Contents, and a Makefile that will automatically build
the book (including the TOC, when needed). I'm sure Larry will make
these available as soon as he's checked them out.
As always, let me know either directly or via the list if there are
any problems.
