I've added an Euro PS font, providing various glyph shapes. Please
test! I need some feedback to improve the glyph shapes and metrics.
The usage is simple: \[eu] (the official symbol) and \[Eu] (font
specific glyph variants). Definitions are in the new file
`europs.tmac' which is loaded automatically.
