[Groff] mm & mmse

 Hi everybody,

  I have found that -mm produces output for which -mmse fails, such as 
headers, .TC and so on.

  Basicly mmse seems to have been broken by 1.18 and forward.

  I am now looking into it, and I have mailed Jörgen about it.

 I will try to fix things.

 This is the bad news, the good news is that now I really got going in 
translating the swedish mm howto :-) , ( since switching to -mm instead 
for -mmse enables me to generate output ).
