Ahhh I was thinking `-o' meant determine output file.. ooops.. sorry..
(rather than page list). As I now re-read the correspondence - I think
your idea of prohibiting the -o option with -Thtml makes
sense. Especially given -Thtml attempts to treat the whole document
as sitting on a very very large piece of paper.
