[Groff] new groff packages: ul and boxes

I've uploaded two packages written by me to ffii:

  ftp://ftp.ffii.org/pub/groff/contrib/macros/boxes-1.5.tar.gz
  ftp://ftp.ffii.org/pub/groff/contrib/macros/ul-1.2.tar.gz

`ul' is the universal underline macro already presented to this list;
`boxes' is something new which I've written for a company (ABI; see
attached PS file for an example).
