It's from the SCO/Caldera release of sysIII which I'm sure SCO is now
trying to retract but it's too late.
Sheesh... the fanboys demanding you open-source BitKeeper aren't
enough of a distraction for you? ;-)
There's at least one, maybe more, do-alikes out there, unencumbered
by SCO lawyers or much of anything else:

This one is a C program, and public domain, so updating it & GPL'ing
it should be legal at worst. (Updating, what updating? I changed the
diff path in the C file, the manpage install path in the Makefile, and
the
thing compiled without warnings & ran just fine.)
