[Groff] pdfmark works on OSX

Sorry, I never got around to testing out pdfmark again under OSX.  I've 
been playing around with the version from CVS on my Mac, and it works 
beautifully - none of the (line-ending?) errors which arose in the 
first release.

What an excellent addition to groff - thank you for your work on it!
