Hi,
in addition to Werner's advice - I'll mention looking at -mwww
macro set which is included by default when you use -Thtml. But it
is worth examining the manual page `man groff_www' to see the
image and url facilities. For some examples of how this might be used
see groff/doc/webpage.ms from the CVS or from a 1.19.* tarball
Also note that PSPIC can be used with -Thtml,
