And for PDF, there's also `pdfroff', available with `groff' from
version 1.19.2. :-)
This is a multipass `groff' wrapper, specifically for creation
of PDF documents. When used with the accompanying `pdfmark.tmac'
macros, it facilitates adding such enhancements as PDF Outlines,
(bookmarks), and dynamically linked cross references.
