Hello Axel,

Two comments only:
- At many places you put a hyphen ('-', yields '‐') where a hyphen-minus
sign ('\-', yields '-') would be more appropriate. Especially in
command-line options. The hyphens not only look strange in command-line
options, they also don't work: If I copy the rendered command to an
xterm and execute it, I get:
$ groff ‐Tps ‐dpaper=a4 ‐P‐pa4 ‐m ms ‐m de
troff: fatal error: can't open `‐Tps': Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht
gefunden
- There is no such encoding 'Latin-1'. It is called 'Latin1' or 'ISO-8859-1';
see the IANA registry of character sets:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/character-sets
Attached patch corrects these two issues.
