Works perfectly!

It's a simple pipeline.  I put it into my makefile -
btw.  make doesn't seem to accept the |'s, so I broke it down into
several steps, see below.

SOE = 0.soelim
IN = 0.preconv
OUT = 0
ADD = -t -ms -mul
ERR = 2> 0.err


raw:
        soelim $(RAW) > $(SOE)

all: raw
        preconv -eutf8 $(SOE) > $(IN)

dvi: all
        groff $(ADD) -Tdvi $(IN) > $(OUT).dvi $(ERR)

ps: all
        groff $(ADD) -Tps $(IN) > $(OUT).ps $(ERR)
