Thanks!  However, this isn't the manual, it's rather a report.  The
manual can be found here:

  ftp://ftp.cs.technion.ac.il/pub/misc/dberry/flo.doc.ps.Z

For me it displays fine after converting it with GhostScript's ps2pdf
(for some reason, `gv' only displays empty pages for the PS document
after the first page).
