[Groff] momdoc/typemacdoc.html is missing from contrib/mom

When I try to install groff I get the following error:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `momdoc/typemacdoc.html', needed by 
`install_data'.  Stop.

since momdoc/typemacdoc.html is referenced by momdoc/toc.html

the file seems to required but missing.

This is probably the result of:
