Yep. Tables should be re-indented.

This is a bug in the tbl macros: Page breaks within tables shouldn't
result in empty lines but ignored completely for TTYs if there aren't
traps. For example, processing
.sp 64
.TS
l.
test
test
.TE
with
groff -t -Tascii
gives
test
test
(omitting the empty lines before and after). However, if you say
.sp 64
test
.br
test
.br
you get
test
test
Any taker to analyze and/or fix this?
