Using  the  psutils  package,  you can move the last
page containing the TOC to the beginning of the doc-
ument:

    psselect -p_1,1-_2 in.ps out.ps

Yes:

    .nr Lf 0 \" Disable list of figures
    .nr Lt 0 \" Disable list of tables
