Sorry, I had forgotten about that because I had fixed my
downloaded copy. It's actually quite simple: move all
the %%BeginGlobal...%%EndGlobal sections into the prolog
(i.e., before %%EndProlog) and change the first line to
%%PS-Adobe-0.0 or so, to let gv know that the document now
conforms (well enough) to the DSC. If you convert to PDF
this doesn't matter, because then gs processes the pages
in sequence.
(Same goes for 103.ps, but additionally you have to change
some of the font metrics to get the vertical and horizontal
"lines" to form corners. And some of the line widths are
wrong.)
