[Groff] Cannot understand this error from prfroff

So, having read the friendly manual, I decided to start working on my book. I 
wrote the following:

.RP no
.TL
A Stranger World
.AU
Koz Ross
.AB no

Then I tried to pump it through pdfroff with:

pdfroff -b -Ffont -Isrc -Mmacro -mspdf -U -wall -dpaper=a4 -P-pa4 
--no-toc-relocation a-stranger-world.ms > a-stranger-world.pdf

However, after I do that, I get this error:

:0: macro error: diversion open while ejecting page (recovering)

What does this mean, and how can I avoid this?
