Hi,

I had this yesterday (and over the weekend as well).  I then changed my
clone script from:

  git clone git://git.sv.gnu.org/project.git

to:

  git clone http://git.savannah.gnu.org/r/project.git

and then my scripts worked again.  Of course this might be
coincidence...
