Ok, the first series of warnings is from makeinfo itself and can be
safely ignored – I've checked the output, and everything is fine.
BTW, the old C version of makeinfo didn't emit those warnings IIRC.
AFAIK, fixing those warnings would break backwards compatibility to
old makeinfo versions.
The final \pdffontattr warning is nothing we can control; it's an
artifact of the current `texinfo.tex' version.
