Thanks for contributing this code and expanding groff's language capabilities!

The best way to get something integrated into groff proper is to open
a request in the bug tracker:
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=groff -- use the "Submit new" item
under the "Bugs" menu.

You can create an account on the system, or post a request
anonymously.  The system also gives you the ability to attach patch
files.
