How to get page borders to work with recto-verso and fix a problem of borders of tables? (Was Re: How to get page borders?)

Thanks for your help. I would like this to work with recto-verso, so that the 
extra margin falls outside the border. How can this be achieved?

Also, I wrote a table (.TS H BOXED CENTER) for my document. Its borders look 
very thin, as if one pixel wide.. have tried linesize(1000) but no difference.. 
What can be done for it?
