My brain has gone to mush after trying to index this document.
I need other opinions.
Do we need a Table of Contents?
What words do people want indexed? Feel free to volunteer your own list.
What things do people looks for currently when they look up documentation?
Do I need to include each of the greek letters in an index?
I will include the symbol keywords and other keywords in the index and
their full names and obviously where they are mentioned/used.
Do I need to include the function names which 'eqn' treats specially?
What questions have I forgotten?
Anybody got any layout suggestions. The C standard seems OK to name
less-than operator(<), 23
space, 10, 12, 20
full (~), 10, 17, 23
half (^), 10, 17
Thanks - Damian
