Update to the latest version of mom (2.6_b, soon to be _c)

That should fix the recto/verso problem.

If you want pdf output from mom, use the wrapper script pdfmom(1).
It's much easier.
pdfmom test.t > test.pdf
produces a pdf file with the page dimensions you give in your source
file. No need for giving the paper size at the command line, and no
need to convert .ps to .pdf.
