Isn't the todo list on wiki a bit out of date?

Just looked at it and saw it says Reiser3, NTFS and HFS+ are unsupported, 
but there are modules for them.
Though I don't know if they work :)
And it says "perhaps uuid support", isn't there now a fs_uuid module for 
that?
Maybe some other things should be updated, too
