[PATCH 1/5 v2] gitignore: Consistent leading slash is easier to read |

As all gitignore patterns containing a left or middle slash match
only relative to the .gitignore file's directory, we write them
all in the same manner with a leading slash.
This makes the file significantly easier to read.
