[Gtktalog-cvs] CVS Update

No real changes on the code today, I am stuck with a bug that come - I 
think - from Gtk.
I will try to install GTK 2.2.1

However, I changed the POTFILES.in so as the localization works again 
(problem with the path ../src/gtktalog...)
I updated all the po files and added the missing string in the french po 
file.

I also found some bug related to the CANCEL buttons. In the setup menu, 
if you hit a CANCEL button, the window is NOT destroyed but only the 
button widget. But the code seems to be fine... So before messing up 
everything, I try with GTK 2.2.1 and pray :-)
