There's an extra step: this "sloppy-host-authentication" will create a
file called .lsh/captured_keys, but you need to put it into
.lsh/known_hosts.  I typed the line Mikael has above and then did (tip
by Jeff Bailey):

cat .lsh/captured_keys >> .lsh/known_hosts

and it's working for me now.

Note: the server is slow: it did not even max out my modem bandwidth.
