Fix For Web Client Module

Fix for open-socket-for-uri in web client module.

Should be using tcp, breaks for something simple like:

(http-get (build-uri 'http #:host "api.reddit.com" #:path "/"))

This is on Mac OS X 10.7.4, ends up using UDP instead of TCP sockets.
