You should be able to find out with ‘pkg-config’, provided the .pc files
are available:

$ pkg-config guile-2.2 --variable guile
/gnu/store/p9wm67w3rfw3hlb9iljgvsfn84mz4w9d-guile-2.2.4/bin/guile
$ pkg-config guile-2.2 --variable guild
/gnu/store/p9wm67w3rfw3hlb9iljgvsfn84mz4w9d-guile-2.2.4/bin/guild
