    * gnu/packages/python.scm (python-pygit2, python2-pygit2)[source](patches):
    New field.
    * gnu/packages/patches/python-pygit2-disable-network-tests.patch: New file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
