    download: Access content-addressed mirrors over HTTPS.
    
    Bug <http://bugs.gnu.org/22774> is no longer relevant now that we use
    "builtin:download" exclusively.
    
    * guix/download.scm (%content-addressed-mirrors): Use "https", not
    "http".
