    gnu: python-pysam: Update to version 0.16.0.1.
    
    The check phase was failing with:
    
    starting phase `check'

    samtools import ex1.fa.fai ex1.sam.gz ex1.bam
    [main] "samtools import" has been removed. Please use "samtools view" 
instead.

    * gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-pysam): Update to version 
0.16.0.1.
    [phases]{check}: Delete a couple more failing test files.
