    gnu: ghc-libyaml: Use libyaml+static.
    
    This is necessary to build static libraries that are used in the static 
build
    of pandoc-citeproc.
    
    * gnu/packages/haskell-xyz.scm (ghc-libyaml)[inputs]: Replace libyaml with
    libyaml+static.
    [arguments]: Adjust directory name.
