here...
    [propagated-inputs]: ...to here.
    (r-variantannotation, r-rsamtools, r-bamsignals, r-rhdf5,
    r-methylkit)[inputs]: Remove zlib.
    * gnu/packages/bioconductor.scm (r-diffbind, r-quasr, r-cytolib, r-ncdfflow,
    r-flowworkspace, r-seqbias)[inputs]: Remove zlib.
