    * gnu/packages/glib.scm (libsigc++)[outputs]: New output "doc".
    [arguments]<#:configure-flags>[-Dbuild-documentation]: New flag.
    <#:phases>['patch-docbook-xml]: New phase.
    ['move-doc]: New phase.
    [native-inputs]: Add dblatex, doxygen and graphviz.
