    gnu: json-c: Update to 0.15.
    
    * gnu/packages/web.scm (json-c): Update to 0.15.
    [source]: Remove obsolete patch 'json-c-CVE-2020-12762.patch'.
    * gnu/packages/patches/json-c-CVE-2020-12762.patch: Delete file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
