    import: go: Correctly report diagnostics upon version mismatch.
    
    * guix/import/go.scm (strip-v-prefix, ensure-v-prefix)
    (validate-version): New procedures.
    (go-module->guix-package): Use 'validate-version' when defining
    'version*'.  Remove 'else' clause in SRFI-34 guard.
