    gnu: eudev: Update to 3.2.11.
    
    * gnu/packages/linux.scm (eudev): Update to 3.2.11.
    [phases]{make-source-writable}: Remove phase, no longer needed.
    {patch-bindir-in-btrfs-rules}: Likewise, fixed upstream.
    Remove trailing #t.
