    gnu: pigx-bsseq: Fix Python module capture.
    
    The build system expects all Python modules to be on PYTHONPATH.
    
    * gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (pigx-bsseq)[arguments]: Set PYTHONPATH
    variable in new build phase.
