    gnu: python-apsw: Update to 3.39.2.0.
    
    * gnu/packages/databases.scm (python-apsw): Update to 3.39.2.0.
    [source]: Change to git-fetch.
    [inputs]: Replace sqlite with sqlite-next.
    [arguments]: Remove custom check phase.
    Some styling adjustments as well.
