    hurd-boot: Setup pci-arbiter and rumpdisk translators.
    
    * gnu/build/hurd-boot.scm (make-hurd-device-nodes): Create "servers/bus/pci.
    (set-hurd-device-translators): Create transators for pci-arbiter, rumpdisk,
    and /dev/wd0..3s1..4.
