[PATCH] gnu: Add dvtm

[PATCH] gnu: Add dvtm |

My first package. Does anyone think the build arguments could be written
more
clearly? Perhaps with modify-phases? I struggled with this part.
Also, I'm not sure if it's okay to put these comments above the patch
like this...
