On master, only a few packages depend on rhash, via cmake-3.11. The
default cmake is address@hidden
On core-updates, commit 89db6c6de97d717c9c2b49d94305381f998b0ca2 updates
the dfault cmake so it depends on rhash, which explains the big reverse
dependency graph.
So, I think this commit is okay for master.
