I checked out staging and built a slightly adjusted desktop.tmpl image
with "guix system vm-image", because the default desktop.tmpl fails to
build.
My observations:
- the settings icon in the application menu is not as sharp as all the
other icons
- settings->search list the applications twice (files, calculator, web)
- is settings supposed to work in general? Because if you change a
parameter like the time zone, it get immediately reset to the default
- when running "guix package -i" there is a backtrace
--------------------------------------------------------------------
bash-4.4$ guix package -i vim
guix package: warning: Consider running 'guix pull' followed by
'guix package -u' to get up-to-date packages and security updates.
