Cannot install `python-cachecontrol`

Hi Guix,

As mentionned in another thread, python-cachecontrol is broken.

The problem is the following:

    Failed: [pytest] section in setup.cfg files is no longer supported,
    change to [tool:pytest] instead.

When I fix the package definition, I end up with another problem.
The cachecontrol's test suite relies on a feature of pytest that has
been deprecated and removed.

Is there a way to get around the problem, or do I have to update
python-pytest?… and all its plugins (python-pytest-*)?!
